    1. Understand your clients objectives through intelligent dialogue
    2. Tie the SalesChakra product to the objectives of your customer when it makes sense
    3. Create a burning platform of urgency so your prospects act quickly
    4. Help the client believe in themselves that they can achieve sales numbers much higher than they ever did with help of  SalesChakra.
    5. Close a lot of deals
    6. Close big deals.

    # 1 – Teaching by asking questions
    SalesChakra team speaks with 100s of people every week. There is no other way to add value to our customers except teaching them something new, relevant and insightful. You will be earning a right to engage customers further by asking questions that leads to insightful education.

    # 2 – Tailoring and connecting
    You will be delivering value of our work to different people within an organization. The only way to do so is by tailoring our value proposition to build deeper connection with prospects. You will need to think on your feet to re-adjust our proposition to different people you speak with. One size does not fit all.

    You will be speaking with people and companies that can perform better if they change their thinking and current ways of doing things. You will challenge them, to think, believe and behave differently. Thats how we live to their expectation.

    You’re not just a sales rep. You’re a sales expert. This means understanding the space, understanding all the players, understanding what everyone is currently doing to grow in sales numbers. To teach our customers, you’ll need to learn. Constantly. Always.

    This position is based in EU remotely. We offer a base salary with an awesome commission structure, and a chance to define startup sales culture.

    Content Marketing Executive

    We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various projects and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

    • Create 1-2 free resources each week to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).
    • Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers.
    • Grow our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
    • Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
    • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
    • University degree (in progress) or relevant working experience in writing and marketing
    • Past experience or strong interest in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel specific knowledge (blog, slideshare, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
    • Willingness to learn and get marketing certified in content creation by Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM and others that may be relevant.
    • Strong writing skills in English (and any other language is a plus).

    A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
